About The Founder
Aarshi Agarwal is the Founder of Not Out Marketing LLP—a new-age marketing agency built for brands that refuse to play safe. Her journey into marketing didn’t start traditionally. At 19, while studying at a film and media school and exploring photography, Aarshi found herself drawn to something far more dynamic—the power of marketing to shape perception, influence behaviour, and build brands from the ground up. What started as curiosity quickly turned into obsession. She pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Advertising and Marketing, completing six internships and multiple marketing diploma programs along the way—choosing hands-on learning over theory wherever possible. By the time she stepped into the industry, she had already built a strong, practical foundation.
In 2021, she earned her postgraduate degree in Digital Marketing from King’s College London, gaining global exposure and a sharper strategic lens. Soon after returning to India, she launched Not Out Marketing LLP.
Today, Aarshi leads Not Out Marketing with a clear vision—to help brands cut through noise, stay ahead of trends, and win in a constantly evolving digital world. Her approach blends creativity with performance, intuition with data, and strategy with execution.
